I vote for accepting yourself as you are. Do you read any Fat Acceptance blogs? If you are happy with how you are living your life and you are treating your body well then why not just enjoy life and quit worrying about what you weigh? : )

I tried that before but it didn't work. Will try yours and see how it will work out.

well it depends if your overweight, then you have to loose weight but if your not, then why worry, you just have to ask yourself are you happy, people can get obsessed with weight and thats when it becomes a problem especially if your a healthy weight, i myself have to watch that i dont become obsessed.
