Well today I finally used Professor Bento. But as I was running very late for work this morning I did not have time to take a picture of my lunch :( however it was a yummy lunch consisting of lentil dal, chilli and salad.
Of course after work as you can see below, taking pictures of my dinner was no problem. Now before anyone thinks I have been eating badly, think again! The pizza in the picture is a low gi pizza and of course portion sizes are limited as you can see in the next picture - and with a salad! It was fiddly and there was waiting an hour for the dough to do its thing, but it was tasty. The base was a bit soggy, so I think next time I will bake it briefly before putting the topping as I like my pizza crispy!
