Apologies for not posting here over the last couple of weeks, you would have had updates on hypnotherapy last weekend if I hadn't done something really stupid, which was getting a virus on my computer. Now of course many people get viruses from sneaky methods unknowingly unleashing a terror on their machine. However I did something really, really stupid, even though windows warned me against it.
I opened an exe file without knowing anything about it.
One Trojan horse later and my computer is out of action, for the entirety of the bank holiday weekend...
Fortunately boyfriend is a soon to be Dr-of-Computers so was able to fix my machine (sorry no he can't fix your computer because he is MINE!), however as he was away I had to wait till bank hol monday. He also very sweetly bought me a light up keyboard - so now I can type in the dark - woo hoo!
Anyway my machine is fixed and I am now able to write here again... More posts to follow.
